Responsibilities
- Architect scalable AI solutions integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic processors, and edge-compute frameworks
- Design adaptive neural networks capable of real-time self-optimization across distributed systems
- Develop ethical AI governance protocols ensuring compliance with 2026 global AI regulatory standards
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, ML engineers, and domain specialists
- Research and implement novel algorithms for probabilistic reasoning and causal inference
- Optimize system performance for exascale computing environments and hybrid-cloud infrastructures
- Create patent-pending architectures for human-AI symbiotic decision-making systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning, tensor networks, and variational algorithms
- Proven track record architecting production AI systems processing >10Tb data/day
- Mastery of PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq frameworks
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era hardware limitations and mitigation strategies
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum conferences (NeurIPS, QIP, etc.)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, 2026 standards)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
