Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategic vision aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing next-gen AI solutions for healthcare, sustainability, and urban mobility
- Establish ethical AI frameworks ensuring compliance with emerging 2026 global regulations
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies for AI policy shaping
- Oversee $50M+ R&D budget allocation for breakthrough AI initiatives
- Mentor senior AI talent while fostering a culture of innovation and responsible development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with minimum 5 years in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record of launching AI products generating $100M+ revenue
- Deep expertise in federated learning, quantum computing, and neuromorphic systems
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent industry impact
- Experience navigating international AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Strong network within the global AI research community
