Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and explainable AI
- Develop novel algorithms for autonomous systems with ethical guardrails
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize AI/quantum hybrid systems
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Secure patents for breakthrough AI methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and MLOps
- Demonstrated ability to translate research into production-ready systems
- Track record of securing research grants or patents
