Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in advanced AI research with published papers in NeurIPS/ICML
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and MLOps
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum computing SDKs
- Demonstrated success in translating research to production-scale systems
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI frameworks
