Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithms for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead research in neuromorphic computing and brain-AI interface prototypes
- Develop predictive models for climate and resource optimization in smart ecosystems
- Author technical whitepapers and peer-reviewed publications on AI ethics and governance
- Prototype generative AI systems for synthetic biology and medical diagnostics
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers in advanced AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years developing production-grade ML systems with TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Published research in NeurIPS, ICML, or Nature Machine Intelligence
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms or neuromorphic hardware
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Deep understanding of AI safety frameworks and ethical AI principles
- Experience with large-scale distributed training on GPU/TPU clusters
