Responsibilities
- Lead advanced R&D in AI ethics, explainable AI, and human-AI collaboration frameworks

- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in NeurIPS, ICML, or Nature journals
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial applications
- Mentor PhD interns and cross-functional research partnerships
- Secure $500K+ in annual research grants from DARPA and NSF
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or Computational Neuroscience (postdoc preferred)
- 5+ years of research experience with 20+ citations in top-tier conferences
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying AI models at production scale
- Strong background in federated learning and differential privacy
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
