Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent industry impact)
- 5+ years in applied AI research with peer-reviewed publications in top-tier venues
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow, quantum computing APIs, and high-performance computing
- Proven track record of transitioning research to production AI systems
- Deep knowledge of AI safety, explainability, and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing clusters and cloud-native deployment
