Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithms

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (2020-2026 graduates encouraged)
- Published research in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and PyTorch 3.0
- Experience with distributed training on 10,000+ GPU clusters
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation
- Portfolio demonstrating deployment of AI systems in real-world applications
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
