Responsibilities
- Design and implement breakthrough AI architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives combining quantum computing and deep learning
- Develop novel ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial solutions
- Mentor PhD researchers and drive innovation through weekly hackathons
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants from government and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier AI conferences
- Expertise in transformer architectures, quantum machine learning, and federated learning
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of deploying production-scale AI systems serving >1M users
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI development frameworks
- Experience securing NSF/DARPA grants or equivalent industry funding
