Responsibilities

- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in 2026+
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to optimize hybrid AI architectures
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior researchers in next-gen AI methodologies
- Translate theoretical models into scalable production systems
- Secure $1M+ in annual research funding through proposal development
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI research with proven impact in neural networks or quantum ML
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit)
- Published work at NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent top-tier conferences
- Strong background in ethical AI and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-disciplinary research initiatives
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (QASM, Q#)
