Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI algorithms for quantum computing applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing autonomous decision-making frameworks
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier AI and quantum computing journals
- Translate theoretical models into scalable production-ready systems
- Identify and solve complex optimization challenges in high-dimensional data spaces
- Mentor junior researchers and drive technical excellence through code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize research innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Quantum Computing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Published research in NIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent top-tier venues
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms and hybrid systems
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed computing frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to translate research into production-level solutions
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills in ambiguous technical environments
