Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures for next-generation AI applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and hybrid AI systems
- Develop scalable algorithms for real-time data processing at petabyte scale
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy experimental models
- Author technical whitepapers and patents for breakthrough innovations
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source AI frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years of industry experience
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and quantum computing libraries
- Proven track record of publishing at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent
- Mastery of distributed computing and high-performance optimization techniques
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and generative adversarial networks
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies
