Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance architectural solutions for hybrid quantum-classical computing environments.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation neural networks optimized for quantum hardware.
- Translate complex scientific requirements into robust, scalable software systems.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define long-term technical roadmaps and establish best practices for AI ethics and safety in quantum systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, machine learning, and distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).
- Strong understanding of quantum algorithms, error correction, and quantum gate models.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
