Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary R&D teams in AI/quantum convergence projects
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for machine learning applications
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford partners on quantum hardware integration
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems
- Secure $10M+ in research grants from NSF/DARPA
- Publish 3+ high-impact papers annually
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics from top-tier institution
- 5+ years experience in quantum machine learning research
- Expertise in Qiskit/IBM Quantum or equivalent frameworks
- Published work in Nature/Science/Physical Review X
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum libraries
- Experience with quantum error correction protocols
