Responsibilities
- Source and engage PhD-level talent in quantum computing, machine learning, and AI research
- Develop specialized recruitment strategies for emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization timelines
- Partner with CTOs to define talent blueprints for futuristic tech stacks
- Lead diversity initiatives in STEM recruitment with measurable impact metrics
- Design predictive talent pipelines for nascent industries
- Execute global talent acquisition campaigns for quantum/AI conferences
- Mentor junior recruiters on futuristic technical assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in AI, quantum, or advanced computing
- Proven success placing PhD candidates in R&D environments
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and AI ethics frameworks
- Expertise in passive sourcing for specialized technical talent
- Experience with talent mapping for emerging technologies
- Strong analytical skills for predicting talent market shifts
- Certification in technical recruitment (CERS, CTS, or equivalent)
- Portfolio of successful high-stakes technical placements
