Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI product vision, aligning with long-term technological trends and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize and prototype AI-driven solutions for healthcare, climate, and enterprise sectors
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging AI opportunities for 2026-2030
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to prioritize AI investments and allocate resources across strategic initiatives
- Develop comprehensive product roadmaps with measurable milestones for AI system integration and user adoption
- Establish ethical frameworks and governance protocols for next-generation AI deployments
- Represent Nexus Dynamics at global tech forums and industry summits, positioning us as thought leaders in the AI space
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product strategy with 5+ years specializing in AI/ML product development
- Proven track record of launching AI products that achieved $50M+ ARR or transformed industry standards
- Expertise in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and multimodal systems
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks), and societal impact
- Experience building cross-functional teams across engineering, research, and business domains
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field; MBA preferred
- Published thought leadership in AI strategy or demonstrated speaking at major tech conferences
