Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML pipelines for predictive analytics and autonomous systems
- Develop novel neural architectures for real-time data processing and edge computing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise platforms
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI and quantum-enhanced machine learning
- Optimize models for scalability, efficiency, and ethical AI deployment
- Document breakthrough methodologies and publish findings in industry journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/ML or equivalent experience with 5+ years in AI development
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Proven track record deploying production-grade ML systems at scale
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and NLP architectures
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Publication record at NeurIPS/ICML or equivalent conferences preferred
