Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of AI prototypes targeting 2026 market needs
- Collaborate with C-suite to define AI innovation roadmap and strategic priorities
- Manage cross-functional teams of ML engineers, data scientists, and UX designers
- Drive research into emerging AI paradigms (e.g., neuromorphic computing, generative agents)
- Secure $2M+ in annual innovation grants through compelling technical proposals
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and publish in top-tier journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record shipping production AI systems at scale (1M+ users)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and MLOps
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML or equivalent top-tier venues
- Experience leading teams of 15+ technical professionals
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
