Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Design quantum-resistant neural networks for enterprise-scale deployment
- Develop predictive models for AI ethics compliance and regulatory evolution
- Lead research in neuromorphic computing and cognitive augmentation systems
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams on hybrid AI-quantum algorithms
- Author white papers on post-2025 AI paradigm shifts
- Mentor junior researchers in emergent AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or Cognitive Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production-grade ML systems at scale
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum journals (NeurIPS, Nature Quantum)
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum, Cirq, or equivalent quantum ML frameworks
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in neuromorphic programming (Loihi, SpiNNaker)
- Experience with multi-agent reinforcement learning systems
