Qualifications
- PhD in AI/Quantum Computing or equivalent with 10+ years futurist experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neural interface design
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging tech by 2025
- Expertise in decentralized AI systems and blockchain integration
- Mastery of ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
