Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps for AI-powered autonomous systems targeting 2026 deployment horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing human-centric AI ethics frameworks and governance protocols
- Architect predictive analytics models for climate resilience, healthcare diagnostics, and sustainable infrastructure
- Drive innovation in quantum-AI hybrid computing systems for exponential computational breakthroughs
- Establish industry partnerships for large-scale AI deployment in smart cities and industrial automation
- Author thought leadership publications on AI's societal impact and workforce transformation
- Mentor next-generation AI researchers through our Future Fellows program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurism with 8+ years of applied AI research experience
- Proven track record in deploying production-scale AI systems across complex domains
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural-symbolic integration, and generative adversarial networks
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into compelling strategic narratives for C-suite audiences
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, AAAI) with >100 citations
- Experience with agile development in cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance frameworks
