As a key member of our executive innovation team, you will identify paradigm-shifting AI applications, conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies, and develop actionable frameworks for adoption. You'll collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align AI initiatives with long-term business objectives while ensuring ethical implementation and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging AI technologies (AGI, quantum computing integration, neuromorphic systems) and assess their strategic implications
- Develop AI adoption roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with business transformation goals
- Conduct scenario planning and impact analysis for disruptive AI applications across industries
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling narratives
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen AI solutions and validate market readiness
- Monitor global AI policy developments and regulatory shifts affecting future deployments
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 10+ years in strategic technology roles
- Proven track record in developing AI roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in machine learning architectures, neural networks, and generative AI
- Exceptional foresight methodology skills (Delphi technique, scenario planning)
- Published thought leadership in AI ethics or future technologies (top-tier journals/conferences)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
