Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant AI frameworks for 2026+ technological paradigms
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Design neuromorphic computing solutions for edge deployment in autonomous systems
- Conduct market analysis for emerging tech trends (quantum, bio-AI, AGI)
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors
- Collaborate with product teams on patentable AI innovations
- Mentor junior researchers in next-gen ML methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems to 10M+ users
- Deep understanding of AI ethics and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with multimodal transformer architectures
- Strong background in reinforcement learning for complex systems
