Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI with 8+ years of applied research experience
- Published work in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing fundamentals
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from prototype to enterprise deployment
