Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-ML hybrid systems
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Partner with neurotech teams to design brain-computer interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging AI paradigms (2026-2030)
- Present future-state scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Secure and manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI strategy or futurist research
- Published work on quantum machine learning or neuro-symbolic AI
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act)
- Proficiency in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience with large-scale LLM fine-tuning and deployment
- Strong background in complex systems modeling and simulation
