Responsibilities
- Develop predictive AI models forecasting market disruptions and technological convergence points through 2028
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems in regulated industries
- Lead quantum-AI hybrid computing research initiatives with MIT and Stanford partnerships
- Architect human-AI collaboration protocols for Fortune 500 transformation programs
- Produce strategic white papers and policy recommendations for congressional tech committees
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for emerging technology incubation projects
- Mentor PhD fellows in AI ethics through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years in predictive modeling or equivalent industry breakthrough
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or neural-symbolic integration
- Proven track record advising Fortune 500 boards on AI transformation strategy
- Expertise in federated learning frameworks and differential privacy protocols
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and US Algorithmic Accountability Act compliance
- Experience with PyTorch Quantum and Cirq for hybrid quantum-AI development
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for government defense projects
