Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops on human-AI collaboration paradigms
- Author forward-looking whitepapers on AI's societal impact on healthcare, climate, and labor markets
- Partner with quantum research teams to develop next-gen neural interfaces
- Create strategic roadmaps for AI adoption in regulated industries (healthcare, finance)
- Mentor emerging talent in responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism with 5+ years AI research
- Proven expertise in generative AI, quantum computing, or neuromorphic systems
- Published work on AI ethics or human-computer interaction (NeurIPS, AAAI)
- Experience with AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit)
