Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap with emphasis on AI/quantum convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technology opportunities and threats
- Conduct horizon scanning of global R&D trends and patent landscapes
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum AI applications
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen AI-quantum hybrid solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-AI symbiosis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in strategic technology planning at Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Deep expertise in machine learning architectures and quantum computing principles
- Published research or patents in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or neuromorphic computing
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology transformation initiatives
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
