Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-powered solutions for climate modeling, personalized medicine, and autonomous systems
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies in partnership with IEEE and WEF
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders including NASA and DARPA
- Pioneer human-AI collaboration protocols through proprietary neural interface prototypes
- Drive patent development for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years AI/ML experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on human-machine interaction or quantum computing
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems to >100M users or enterprise deployments
- Deep expertise in federated learning, generative adversarial networks, and explainable AI
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF) and regulatory compliance
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercially deployed AI innovations with measurable impact
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit)
