- Develop 2026+ AI innovation roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen AI solutions (quantum ML, AGI systems)
- Partner with academia/government on $100M+ grant-funded research initiatives
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Deliver keynote presentations at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Mentor PhD researchers in applied AI and computational futurism
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 10+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (Nature AI, NeurIPS)
- Proven track record in scaling AI products to $50M+ ARR
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and neural-symbolic AI
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technology disruption
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
