- Collaborate with climate science teams to deploy predictive AI models

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 7+ years research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum algorithms
- Proven track record of deploying ethical AI frameworks
- Experience with neuromorphic computing hardware (Loihi, TrueNorth)
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 24027 ethical AI standards
