Responsibilities

- Develop predictive models for emerging tech adoption patterns and societal impacts
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to optimize AI algorithms for next-gen hardware
- Present futuristic technology frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Lead a 12-person multidisciplinary team of AI specialists and futurist researchers
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems in regulated industries
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing production-level AI systems at scale
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience presenting complex technological concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong background in ethical AI development and regulatory compliance
