Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI roadmaps for 2026+ technological ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant neural architectures
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging AI paradigms and risks
- Create ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Develop predictive models for societal impact of AI advancements
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Author white papers on AI's role in solving 21st-century challenges
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years developing production-grade ML systems at scale
- Published research in top-tier AI/ethics conferences (NeurIPS, ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and causal inference
- Proven track record of translating complex AI concepts into business strategy
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 42071 AI governance standards
- Experience with quantum computing integration for AI optimization
- Portfolio demonstrating AI ethics frameworks implementation
