Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI integration across healthcare, climate tech, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops to identify emerging quantum-AI convergence opportunities
- Architect ethical AI frameworks for post-2025 regulatory landscapes
- Partner with governments to design AI governance policies for 2026+
- Prototype neuromorphic computing solutions for real-time adaptive systems
- Author thought leadership papers on AI's societal impact by 2030
- Mentor next-gen AI ethics researchers through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or Futurism with 8+ years applied research experience
- Published work on quantum machine learning or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record in translating AI theory to commercial applications
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, US Algorithmic Accountability Act, and global AI governance
- Experience designing human-AI collaboration frameworks for high-stakes industries
- Strong background in climate tech modeling or healthcare AI ethics
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to C-suite and policymakers
