Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Computational Neuroscience, or Futuristics (or equivalent breakthrough innovation)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- 10+ years leading AI strategy at FAANG or equivalent quantum computing firms
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (3+ exits >$100M)
- Proficiency in predictive modeling using GPT-5+ and quantum simulators
- Security clearance for national innovation projects (or ability to obtain)
