Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging disruptors and strategic inflection points
- Design scalable innovation frameworks for rapid experimentation and technology validation
- Present futuristic insights to C-suite executives and board members through data-driven scenario modeling
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for quantum-AI co-development

Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with proven experience in strategic technology forecasting and innovation management
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Systems, or Futurism from Tier 1 institution
- Published research on AGI timelines, quantum-AI hybrid systems, or ethical AI governance frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year technology commercialization initiatives
- Expertise in exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neural interfaces
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscape for autonomous systems and cognitive augmentation
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executable business strategies
