Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Drive adoption of predictive analytics for climate modeling and resource optimization
- Design neural-symbolic AI architectures for explainable machine learning
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through DARPA/NASA partnership proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or Computational Physics with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on neural-symbolic integration or quantum computing
- Proven track record leading AI initiatives at FAANG or equivalent
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, and AGI safety protocols
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 100M+ parameter model deployments
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Strong background in ethics policy development for autonomous systems
