Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging AI trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, AGI precursors)
- Design ethical AI frameworks and governance protocols for future deployments
- Collaborate with product teams to prototype and validate 5-year AI product roadmaps
- Present visionary AI concepts to C-suite and key stakeholders for strategic alignment
- Establish industry partnerships to co-develop next-gen AI standards
- Mentor talent in emerging AI disciplines and future-focused research methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in AI ethics, explainable AI, and responsible deployment frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (quantum, neuromorphic, bio-AI)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- PhD or equivalent in AI, Computer Science, or Futurism preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major AI innovation initiatives launched
