Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech opportunities and threats
- Architect strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech startups
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the executive board
- Oversee pilot programs for futuristic technologies (e.g., generative AI, neural interfaces)
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $5M annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in AI/AI-adjacent fields
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale AI initiatives
- Expertise in forecasting technology trends (2020-2025 experience strongly preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD/MSc)
- Deep understanding of generative AI, machine learning frameworks, and ethical AI deployment
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Certifications in AI governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) a plus
