Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines designed to evolve with emerging technologies.
- Lead Strategic R&D: Spearhead research initiatives into Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics for the 2026 market.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and guide architectural decisions that align with long-term business goals.
- Integration & Deployment: Oversee the integration of AI models into production environments using modern cloud-native infrastructure.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to ethical AI standards and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Innovation Labs: Prototype novel interfaces and interaction models that leverage AI to enhance human capability.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLOps frameworks.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience designing systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP with a focus on serverless and containerized architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to anticipate technological shifts and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
