Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for our flagship projects, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals and emerging technologies.
- Design Neural Interfaces: Spearhead the development of high-performance, low-latency AI systems capable of real-time decision-making.
- System Scalability: Architect resilient, cloud-native solutions that can handle exponential growth and global data traffic.
- Tech Innovation: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Quantum computing concepts, advanced NLP) into production environments.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior architects and fostering technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Future Tech leadership.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Familiarity with Rust or Go is a major plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant, scalable technical solutions.
- Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of navigating ambiguous challenges and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
