Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics

- Develop regulatory compliance strategies for emerging AI governance policies
- Create educational programs for engineering teams on responsible AI development
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in industry forums and regulatory bodies
- Partner with product teams to embed ethics by design in AI lifecycle
- Research and publish whitepapers on emerging ethical challenges in AI
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, policy development, or tech ethics
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration between engineers and ethicists
- Strong writing skills for policy documents and stakeholder communications
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible technology preferred
