Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 autonomous systems
- Conduct risk assessments for AI deployments across healthcare, finance, and transportation sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed ethical considerations into product lifecycles
- Establish monitoring protocols for algorithmic bias and fairness in production systems
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in industry coalitions and regulatory discussions
- Author thought leadership on emerging ethical challenges in quantum-AI convergence
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven track record designing governance frameworks for autonomous systems

- Familiarity with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
