Qualifications

- Proven track record of publishing ethical AI frameworks or research papers
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on AI ethics implementation
- Expertise in bias mitigation, explainable AI, and human-centered design
- Strong communication skills for translating complex ethics concepts to technical teams
