Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models and datasets
- Lead stakeholder workshops with engineers, product managers, and legal teams to integrate ethical considerations
- Monitor real-time AI deployment for ethical compliance risks and mitigation strategies
- Author transparent AI impact assessments and ethics documentation for regulatory reporting
- Drive industry thought leadership through whitepapers and conference presentations
- Partner with policy teams to shape corporate AI governance protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in machine learning systems
- Proven experience developing AI ethics frameworks for commercial deployments
- Strong knowledge of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with MLOps tools and AI system monitoring platforms
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible technology field
