Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory projections
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish ethical AI deployment standards
- Advise product teams on responsible AI integration throughout development lifecycles
- Monitor emerging ethical AI legislation and industry best practices
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics and responsible innovation
- Collaborate with external ethics boards and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics compliance, or responsible AI roles
- Deep understanding of machine learning bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or related academic journals
- Proficiency in Python for bias auditing tools and ethical impact assessment
- Track record of implementing organizational ethics programs
