Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or responsible tech roles
- Deep expertise in global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven experience developing AI ethics audit protocols
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics
