Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Conduct preemptive risk assessments for quantum-AI integration projects
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees including engineers, ethicists, and legal teams
- Develop audit protocols for bias mitigation in generative AI models
- Represent company in global AI ethics forums (OECD, IEEE, etc.)
- Create training modules for responsible AI development across 200+ engineers
- Partner with regulatory bodies to shape 2026 AI compliance standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with AI specialization
- 7+ years in AI ethics governance at Fortune 500 tech firms
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Published research on quantum ethics or algorithmic fairness
- Experience with large-scale AI model deployment ethics (GPT-4+ level)
- Certification in AI Risk Management (e.g., AIRA or equivalent)
- Proven track record influencing corporate AI strategy from ethical standpoint
