- Proactively identify emerging ethical risks in large-scale neural network deployments
- Author position papers for regulatory bodies on AI accountability mechanisms
- Establish real-time monitoring systems for ethical compliance in production AI environments
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with AI specialization (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing ethical AI frameworks in regulated industries
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Proficiency in Python for bias detection algorithm development
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI techniques
