Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field with 5+ years of AI ethics experience
- Proven track record of implementing ethical frameworks in production AI systems
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and emerging global AI regulations
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration between engineering, legal, and social science teams
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Proficiency in Python for algorithmic auditing and bias analysis tools
